UCC PREPARATION AND FILING SERVICES

UCC Preparation, Filing and Monitoring Services – We can prepare your UCC financing statements and e-mail them to you for your approval prior to filing or we can file documents that you send us by e-mail, fax or courier. National advances all fees and follows up to ensure prompt proof of filing. Clients can also request that we monitor their filings and provide timely reports to ensure continuations are filed within the required 6-month window.
Total Outsourcing – Some clients prefer that National handle their entire UCC function. In addition to having us prepare and file all their UCCs, lists of active accounts are provided so we can automatically prepare and file continuations prior to lapse.
