NCR can provide you with annual report due date reminders and we can also assist you in preparing and filing your annual reports. Clients have access to Entity Central^TM, our online system for monitoring and managing entities. CORPORATE SERVICES
NCR can assist you with corporate forms

, filing and retrieval services anywhere in the country. Our experienced service specialists can work with you every step of the way in forming business entities and qualifying them to do business in other states. We can provide name availability checks, prepare filings and obtain the required supporting documents you’ll need. We also offer corporate kits.

For your closings, we can obtain status ("Good Standing") certificates, franchise tax searches and bringdown letters and charts. And for your international needs, we offer authentication/legalization services.

UCC AND RELATED SERVICES
NCR provides a comprehensive range of UCC and related services for lenders and their counsel. Our experienced service specialists are familiar with Revised Article 9 and can assist you with name checks and other supporting services to assist you in complying with the statute. We offer UCC/lien and court searches anywhere in the country and provide many options to assist you in preparing, filing and managing your portfolio of UCC financing statements. Some clients outsource their entire UCC function to us, while others use our web based UCC preparation/filing/tickler system, UCC ProFile, to manage the process themselves. We also offer a complete range of services to assist you with the search, filing and notification requirements of PMSI and consignment transactions.

COURT SERVICES
NCR is your one-stop connection for court information, case monitoring and related research. Our experienced, resourceful researchers understand the need for speed and can quickly obtain documents from any jurisdiction. We can also assist you with expert witness reports, depositions and transcripts.

AGENCY SERVICES
Our Washington, D.C. office gives clients immediate access to all government agencies. Whether you need assistance in submitting FOIA requests or require copies of PTO and Copyright assignments, bank filings or SEC documents, NCR’s responsive staff in our nation’s capitol will enable you to meet your deadlines.

LIBRARY SERVICES
NCR provides special services for law librarians. In addition to establishing interlibrary loan accounts and processing loans at the Library of Congress and other libraries, we can research and retrieve documents from journals, newspapers and other sources - including the National Library of Medicine.
