The Compliance Administrative Assistant, is a faced paced position providing administrative support to a growing team who handles Corporate Annual Report filings for NCR’s Registered Agent clients. The ideal candidate will work directly with the team’s clients in regards to:

 

·         Invoicing and communication

·         Performing auditing functions

·         Sort/administer mail, in addition to other administrative functions.

 

Qualifications

·  Associates or Bachelor’s degree

·  1-2 years’ experience as Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist

·  Ability to multi task and handle multiple priorities is essential

We are a nationwide corporate services provider seeking a customer service specialist with intellectual property (US Trademarks, Patents and Copyrights) searching/filing experience. Systems Administrator – Dover DE/ Charlotte, NC

Description

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of network resources with a focus on server management.  Duties include the installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of the hardware and software elements of the server systems and sub-systems to support company business functions.  This technical, operations-centered role is seen as a critical member of the IS team.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Performs daily monitoring of server systems; reviews system and application logs; verifies proper scheduling and completion of automated tasks.
  • Installs and configures hardware; installs and configure server operating systems; installs and configure supporting applications.
  • Perform ongoing performance tuning of the various server systems.
  • Generate appropriate documentation of system configurations.
  • Provides input in planning\managing IT product and service development.
  • Stay current with developments in new technologies and platforms.
  • Plans, implements, directs and monitors the integration of new technologies into the server systems as required.
  • Assists with formulating IS policies, procedures, and performance management processes and measures.

Talent Acquisition Specialist - New York, NY

NCR is hiring an individual to assist in the recruitment process for all open positions and new hires including preparing and posting online listings, screening and interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews; and conducting reference checks, employment verifications, and background checks. 

 

  • Assists in recruiting, reviewing resumes, prescreening, coordinating interviews
  • On-boarding new hires: write offer letters, rejection letters, compile all required paperwork, review company policies and procedures, and set up New Hire Orientation meetings.
  • Write and send out new hire announcements and internal company communications
  • Plan and schedule phone and in person interviews.
  • Utilize online recruiting sites to bring in candidate

Description

This is an ENTRY LEVEL position. NO JD's & NO Attorneys!

We are a nationwide corporate service/registered agent provider seeking an entry level college student/ graduate with excellent customer service skills, and strong computer and research skills including proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook software.
