Client Service Specialist - NEW YORK, NY

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for retrieving and filing documents domestically, and interacting directly with clients and agents by phone and email.  The ideal candidate is a professional with paralegal/office work experience in the legal industry.  Corporate transactional experience preferred but not required.  BA degree, excellent customer service skills, and strong computer/research skills including proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook software are required.  The ideal candidate should be well organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Must be able to multi-task effectively, work to high standards of quality and be a team player.

 

This position is based in our New York office, with regular hours of 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.  As part of our commitment to provide superior service to our clients, the successful incumbent will work one day per week from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

Legalization Specialist- NY, NY

This is an ENTRY LEVEL position. NO JD's & NO Attorneys!

 

We are a nationwide corporate service/registered agent provider seeking an entry level college graduate with excellent customer service skills, and strong computer and research skills including proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook software. BA degree with a minimum of 1-2 year experience also required.

 

The ideal candidate should be well organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to multi-task effectively, work to high standards of quality, and be a team player.

 Requirements

  • Visiting various State Departments and Consulates to submit Legalization & Authentication order requests.
  • Understanding the processing policies and procedures for each State Department and Consulate
  • Responding to client email and mail inquiries regarding Legalization and Authentication services.
  • Assisting with the day to day administrative tasks such as the corporate team mail distribution, Fed Ex preparation, answering client calls, etc.
  • Assisting the corporate team with the fulfillment of New York State Publications and other tasks as requested
  • Any additional duties as required or assigned.

Process Agent & International Services Specialist - New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Process Agent/International Services team.  The team works with attorneys and major firms around the world supporting cross border transactions with global document retrieval, company formation, lien searching services and provision of agents for service of process primarily in the US, UK and Hong Kong.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inquiries, requests for quotes and orders from clients; respond to requests, enter and process orders
  • Review legal documents and draft appointment agreements, manage a follow-up system and complete orders including invoicing, some post-completion tasks and collections activities
  • Support research into jurisdictional requirements relating to NCR’s suite of services globally.
  • Work on all aspects of implementation of various corporate structures used by domestic and foreign clients
  • Collaborate in a virtual team alongside our UK and Hong Kong offices to provide superior service to our clients

 

Requisite Qualifications:

  • Juris doctor, or equivalent law degree from outside the US or BA degree with a minimum 3 years’ related experience required.

Systems Administrator – Dover DE/ Charlotte, NC

Description

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of network resources with a focus on server management.  Duties include the installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of the hardware and software elements of the server systems and sub-systems to support company business functions.  This technical, operations-centered role is seen as a critical member of the IS team.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Performs daily monitoring of server systems; reviews system and application logs; verifies proper scheduling and completion of automated tasks.
  • Installs and configures hardware; installs and configure server operating systems; installs and configure supporting applications.
  • Perform ongoing performance tuning of the various server systems.
  • Generate appropriate documentation of system configurations.
  • Provides input in planning\managing IT product and service development.
  • Stay current with developments in new technologies and platforms.
  • Plans, implements, directs and monitors the integration of new technologies into the server systems as required.
  • Assists with formulating IS policies, procedures, and performance management processes and measures.

 Requirements
