National Corporate Research, Ltd. is a professional registered agent and service company that has been providing nationwide statutory representation, corporate and secured transaction services since 1980 to a client base of law firms and financial institutions. Requirements

  •  You will be in direct contact with clients –processing orders, resolving any issues, request for assistance
  •  Ability to respond promptly to client questions and concerns        
  • Helping clients that use NCR proprietary applications 
  • Guiding clients through the process of working with state and local public offices
  • Working with public offices and commercial agents on the client's behalf
  • You will review legal documentation –attention to detail is a must.  Previous paralegal experience may be helpful.

Duties and Responsibilities:  as a front line Customer Service Rep, you will be:

  • Communicating with client mostly via email and sometimes via phone – handing their requests from start to finish
  • Creating and delivering various types of Excel Charts/Reports according to client preference
  • Working with national network of agents/filing offices to provide client with timely and accurate results
  • Work synergistically on a team with professional colleagues who are working towards common goals
  • Use problem solving skills to deliver the right response to clients
  • Rely on strong attention to detail to review and compile documents
  • Use enhanced organizational and computer skills to move quickly and efficiently through client requests where deadlines often come into play.

We are a nationwide corporate services provider seeking a customer service specialist with corporate legal assistant experience. (NCR), a global registered agent and entity services provider, is looking to hire a Supervisor in Delaware to lead its growing service-of-process operation.  The qualified candidate will oversee NCR’s service-of-process team that manages pleadings and other client litigation and regulatory matters received in NCR’s domestic and international offices. 

 

Law degree, paralegal certification, or litigation experience a plus.  Minimum of  2 years of  management experience required.   The position requires occasional travel to other NCR offices across the country. Internal Support Representative - Sacramento, CA

We are a nationwide corporate service/registered agent provider and have an excellent opportunity for a professional with administrative and/or legal experience.

 

The candidate will provide clerical support for service of process received electronically.  This will include, reviewing service for compliance and acceptability, preparing transmittals,  updating company records in an electronic index and sending transmittals and documents to clients on a short turnaround.

 

Additionally the candidate will support the corporate and UCC transactional work generated from offices outside of California.  You will utilize proprietary processing software, obtain documents or arrange for their filing, report result to the appropriate branch and add California related charges to the order. 

 

Successful candidate must have excellent keyboard skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The position will involve working with multiple nonprofit organizations across the country. The Nonprofit Specialist will  ensure that clients are in compliance with charitable registration requirements, review tax returns, audited financial statements and related documents, verify administrative procedures whenever needed, and help build and improve the team’s resources.
 

  • Some experience with Nonprofit organizations or Compliance experience preferred, but not required
  • Corporate transactional experience preferred, but not required

Scrum Product Owner

As the Product Owner, you will work with up to 4 developers and testers. Experience working the Scrum framework in a Product Owner role is a must. Primary Responsibilities

  • Passionately represent business and stakeholder interests to the development team and vise-versa.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to define the customer’s needs and desired functionality in terms of software features.
  • Work with internal users to incorporate features and changes that will improve workflow, efficiency, and software usability.
  •  Work with product management and other key stakeholders to develop and refine the software product’s vision and development roadmap.
  • Turn software needs into product backlog item user stories and develop appropriate acceptance criteria.
  • Review, refine, order, and prioritize the feature and product backlog according to the product vision, executive direction, and stakeholder input and feedback.
  • Coordinate and prepare internal software training material.

  • Schedule and communicate software releases with stakeholders.
  • Assist the Scrum Master and team with removing blocks and impediments.
  • Provide internal software support for bugs, errors, and assist with identifying user training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with developers and infrastructure team to understand performance and architectural needs and objectives.
  • Adhere to procedures and documentation developed for all aspects of application development.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline is encouraged. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis.
