California Account Executive (AE): The AE will report directly to the VP of Sales and will play a significant role in growing sales for the company. Together they will develop a territory action plan.

Candidate will be expected to:

„« Increase existing client revenue within assigned territory by penetrating new departments and up-selling additional services to current client base.

„« Hunt for new client revenue through cold calling, qualifying and meeting with new prospects.

„« Effectively turn qualified prospects into order placers by utilizing a proven sales methodology such as the Sandler Selling System.

„« Attend, participate and present sales successes during full sales team meetings 2 to 3 times a year

„« Attend and participate in designated association/tradeshow conferences

„« Fill the room for scheduled seminars and events

„« Update SalesForce records in a timely manner

„« Secure 7 plus meetings a week

„« Maintain product knowledge and quickly adapt to newly developed products

„« Travel 2 to 3 days a week depending on assigned territory

Qualifications:

„« Minimum 3 years direct sales experience with legal and/or financial industry
„« Knowledge of UCC and corporate document filing and retrieval services
„« Ability to sell in a professional consultative style
„« Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
„« Experience with Sandler Sales a plus
„« Computer knowledge expected
